Summary
As a cute joke Lucy fastens herself to her sleeping husband with a pair of magic handcuffs. To their mutual horror they discover that they weren't magic handcuffs at all but dated back to the Civil War. On top of that they have no key. Unable to find a locksmith in time, Ricky has to go on a television show handcuffed to Lucy.
